I Bike London love cycling. These guys want to help encourage more people to cycle in London. They believe cycling is a fun and healthy way to get around the city, which benefits the environment at the same time. They regularly organise bicycle rides in London.
I Bike London rides are free for everyone, with no need to register you can just arrive and take part. You do need to bring your own bicycle. They carefully choose various routes around London where you can discover interesting places and take in great views. Their rides are not particularly long, often between 20 – 25km.
Each ride normally includes a couple of breaks, sometimes in places where you can buy stuff, sometimes not. So it might be worth bringing along some of your own supplies, and try and head to the loo before the ride starts. Rides often end at a pub or other social event : )
“Overcome those winter blues and join us for the first ride of 2019. Saddle up with IBikeLondon and share your Love to Ride your bike as we cruise through the streets of London accompanied by our fleet of music bikes.”
Meeting point: Along the Southbank outside the National Theatre SE1 9PX.
Route: relaxed pace, all abilities
Check out the I Bike London for more information about their rides (past and present).
